A professional, certified driver will pick up the children once school ends and bring them directly to Gracie Barra Ottawa East.
What happens when the children arrive at the academy?
Upon arrival, children will have time to enjoy a snack, work on homework, read, or simply relax after school. We aim to provide a calm and supportive environment before class begins.
Do the children get physical activity before training?
Yes! Before the martial arts class starts, students will enjoy free time on the mats where they can play games and warm up. This helps them release energy and prepare mentally and physically for training.
